“You don’t have to be alone in your pain, anxiety, or sadness. We get to go at your pace & I’m here to help you navigate it.”
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone. I will provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, and begin to move toward healing and growth. My approach is client-centered and tailored to you! My goal is to help you understand unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and reconnect with your sense of self and purpose.
Taking the first steps towards healing can feel intimidating and scary, and it’s also incredibly brave. My hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling supported, but also feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your relationships, and more prepared to navigate life’s next chapter. If you’re curious about working together, I would be happy to talk more and see if it will be a good fit.
What working with me is like..
I provide a compassionate and safe space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood and supported. As a result, I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen and comfortable bringing your whole self into the room.
Modalities I use in session
My approach is relational, integrative, and grounded in attachment work, CPT, CBT, and DBT to support both individual and relational healing. I also approach therapy through a systemic lens, always considering how your relationships, identities, culture, and environment shape your experiences and patterns.
Populations I love to work with
I primarily work with individuals (particularly 20 & 30 year olds), couples, and families who are struggling with big life transitions, unpacking harmful relational dynamics, feeling disconnected and stressed in their relationships, and those who just want some relief from feeling lonely and overwhelmed in their life.
