Welcome to Balance and Bloom Family Therapy. Our mission is to provide trauma-informed and comprehensive therapy through empowering individuals, couples, & families. We bring authenticity into every session because it is so important to be able to trust and relate to your therapist. It is such a privilege to get to know you on the deepest level, celebrate your strengths, sit with you while you’re in the trenches, and walk with you on your healing journey.
We know first-hand that therapy works because we have all been on the receiving end and continue to do the work. We are 100% committed to your growth, in whatever way that looks like and are intentional about the time we have together each week. Our approach is collaborative, empowering, and relatable because at the end of the day you want your therapist to get it.

Balance & Bloom Therapy is not an in-network provider with any insurance companies.
However, did you know your insurance might still help cover the cost of therapy, even if we are not in-network? Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means you could get reimbursed for a portion of each session through Mentaya.

It’s a great tool to use your benefits while still seeing the provider you choose, even if they don’t directly take your insurance.
